Toast has several different divisions that might as well be different companies when it comes to the sales org. The growth teams quota is way higher than the average rep is achieving. Toast is a great company, but the quota is fundementally broken with well under a quarter of reps hitting month to month. Changes may be coming— not sure how long this environment can...Read More

Incredible organization and product, however the sales department is facing some roadblock. Scaled quickly and too many reps in some saturated markets. New products constantly being added with not enough technical training. The sales cycle has become complex and too long for the monthly quotas

Overall toast has been good. Base compensation is ok. But you can make up for it with commissions. Quotas have gone up significantly over the last 2 years.
