Great place to work. Culture and support is fantastic for reps and the brand is uniquely positioned in a very saturated market. Cons: very “wild west”. Sink or swim with not much help in the way of business development.

I really like the people I work with. We have no standards or standard operating procedures however in my org. Very difficult to understand what the company's strategy is and ability to execute. Almost zero marketing/bus dev support in region. Several reorgs have left the org thin in certain areas.
