The product is great, but as I've been here for over a year, it's gotten more and more challenging to be promoted. I've gone through countless quota changes and there's been very little consistency. Major leadership changes as well, which have resulted in new leaders coming in and treating the org as 'all numbers', implementing new metrics and raising quota to an intense height. Was great in the beginning, but has gone downhill for sure. It all depends on what segment you land in.

Overall, good sales org. Change happens monthly, whether it’s leadership, comp structure, product updates etc. They definitely keep you on your toes.
