60%+ work for AEs is done post-sale. TAM is way lower than what the company reports it to be due to product limitations. Consumption quota retirement with ever changing plans. Non-existent enablement/development from Sr Leadership. Very much feels like if you weren’t a part of the company 4 years ago, you are part of “everyone else”. If you hit early you can make money, but a lot will struggle and not see a paycheck for up to 2-3 quarters even when closing business. Buggy product + consumption = a lot outside of your control.

Very average, pay could be much better and culture could be a little more relaxed, especially when employees aren't even averaging half the quota

Super toxic management with leaders enjoying to mock people on their outfit or how they look, telling you one day you're amazing and how lame you are the day after.
