I had a solid experience with Tropic and my coworkers. Overall the company seems to be heading in the right direction. While there are some areas that need improvement, it is still a scrappy startup that is clawing its way through the market.

Declining company. Its a slap in the face when you see CSM's being let go and open roles posted a week later.

Culture and leadership is phenomenal. Compensation is great but I do believe could use some minor adjustments to get most out of employees
