CRO and CEO completely changed sales strategy, missed quota by more than 50% two quarters in a row, then let go half the sales reps and said it was a skill issue. 0 manager feedback, they promote each other every quarter though.

In Q4, highest-performing AE closed ~$270K in deals and the team did so badly overall that they fired 50% of reps. Leadership lies. Product doesn’t work. Culture of fear.
