Overall they miss the mark. They refuse to layer people which has inevitably led to leadership who are underqualified and care more about you genuflecting and drinking the kool aid than actual success and realisitic goals. Refuse to re-evaluate success metrics. Missed one month, then only hit 80% the following month, was told a pip was not a concern. This was not the case and was on one in december which turned into being let go the day after new years.

Cult like culture, all of the bad glassdoor reviews are 100% accurate. Conducted layoffs right after an expensive company off-site and resumed hiring within the same month. Every person in leadership plays favorites and trust me, you will know if you are not favored. Lots of tribalism, the exact thing the CEO says isnt present at Tropic. The list goes on. 100%+ quarterly attainment every quarter but the last two. Two headcount reductions for two missed quarters: 1 CS oriented and 1 sales-oriented. Shifted approach in Q1 and on track for 100%+ again. Now, actively hiring again and hitting targets.
