Don’t work here. Sales leaders are narcissists and there’s a huge pipeline & product market fit problem. Direction changes every day and sales leaders have no clue who their ICP is. Territories make no sense and customers are churning at a concerning rate. Most new reps don’t close a deal for 6 months plus.

Cult like culture, all of the bad glassdoor reviews are 100% accurate. Conducted layoffs right after an expensive company off-site and resumed hiring within the same month. Every person in leadership plays favorites and trust me, you will know if you are not favored. Lots of tribalism, the exact thing the CEO says isnt present at Tropic. The list goes on.
