I have mixed feelings about Twilio. Sometimes things are going well and then they will throw a curve ball at you and just make you question how much they respect you. My direct manager, my team, and my org within the company are really great with really strong leaders. But the overarching vision, processes, compensation policies, and the incongruency between communication and action from the top can cause frustration.

There is more opportunity, but upper managemnt is poor. Unfortunately Twilio allows the same people to stay in leadership with no accountability.
