Aron Ain was the CEO at Kronos when they merged with Ultimate Software. He was the CEO of the merged company for 2+ years. When he retired, everything changed and went down hill

Can’t say I would recommend working here. Culture is one of the worst I have ever been a part of. If that is not important to you then it’s a decent job.

Lots of attrition. New logo sales reps are expected to have higher amounts of cold calls vs the BDR job description. The compensation can be great but the amount of work is immense and most of the top performers have a favorable territory.
