My overall experience was decent, with the cultural aspect but I believe that many things have come monologue where upper management was not interested in how sales executives performing and how they can influence the others.

This sales role is being overtaken by 3rd party shipping sites that can offer shippers competitive rates, integration and service. In my area there wasn’t a lot of opportunity unless they were lost to FedEx or USPS for a couple years and came back. Hitting plan isn’t terrible, but funding the pipeline can be difficult.
