Former Employee Executive level decisions are baffling (or not) and focused only on short-term gains over long-term benefits. Two major layoffs in four years have gutted company culture and morale. Goals over the recent years are made to be near unattainable (think near triple and near double across several years) unless you are in a specific market, which leads me to believe this is intentional to drive further justification for layoffs.
