The product and service is top notch in the industry. Salary and commission can be better and goals need to be reviewed and change as the entire market changes. Sometimes they make goals unattainable.

My overall experience was decent, with the cultural aspect but I believe that many things have come monologue where upper management was not interested in how sales executives performing and how they can influence the others.

Tons of micromanagement and unrealistic expectations from management. Upper management is useless and adds zero value and leads with fear. Pricing is also awful and not to mention our customers can get cheaper rates from 3rd party vendors therefor opportunity is tough and we are competing with ourselves.
