I have worked here over 10 years the first 8 were amazing, however over the last 2-3 years the company has changed for the worse. I have made the best money the last 2 years. For being a hybrid account management and sales career, there is a lot of stress and dealing with many different aspects of the sale which other roles should be assisting with.

Average, going through lots of changes needs change to their comp plan as theyre jipping the folks on the ground to line the uppers pockets
