The market for online learning providers is at threat of disruption from personalized AI assistants. For now as AI is still maturing in this realm, it's still favourable, but leads and pipe has shrunk significantly post-CoVid / with the advent of AI. Would still recommend working here for the next 3-5 years. After that I'm skeptical about the feasibility of their business model.

Micromanagement, inflexible Quotas, lack of work life balance due to the pressure to meet unobtainable KPI's.
