Micromanagement, inflexible Quotas, lack of work life balance due to the pressure to meet unobtainable KPI's. If you miss your sales quota for 1 quarter you will be performance managed with no consideration given to the fact that you exceeded your quota in the preceding quarters or the current market downturn. Unfortunately extremely talented AE's have been pushed out or are looking to leave as the culture is now toxic.

poor leadership with a poor comp package have led to a lot of good reps quitting in a mass exodus. what was once a great place to work has severely fallen down to the bottom ranks of tech companies.
