My overall experience at Udemy was great. I believe leadership in general really cares about helping reps succeed. I believe I just came it a bad time since my manager was going on paternity leave and I only got to be under his leadership for 2 months before he left. I believe that affected my ramping experience since different managers care about different things. Overall great product except you are always competing against LinkedIn Learning, which is relatively cheaper. You really have to get good at value selling here.

Quotas not aligned to proper TAM or region, some regions or reps with amazing accounts/many more accounts have same quota as other reps with less accounts and or base of accounts with little growth potential.
