Quotas not aligned to proper TAM or region, some regions or reps with amazing accounts/many more accounts have same quota as other reps with less accounts and or base of accounts with little growth potential. If you are lucky to be friends with VPs and have had a territory for over 4+ years you can make a killing, for all others beware as this year only 30% will be at number. Quotas are totally mismatched to actual addressable market and market conditions. They have totally overhired for many regions.

This place will give you whiplash if you don't manage your own expectations.
