Former Employee company is outdated- rpa. trying re-invent themselves with agentic automation which will not succeed as there is no AI-LLM- using third party . no strategy- hoping customers select them for UI automation which will become obsolete in the future. There is always new leadership every year which are clueless and the cycle starts again blaming the old. Quotas are unachieveable unless lucky with incumbent accounts. PiPs and redundancies occur every 6 months. Good luck
