Not a great place to work in sales. Going through so many changes currently and mid management and upper management don't know what they are doing. They are spending money on new reps like wild and getting no results for most products. DSR team is a joke and CSO and his team are over their heads. Beware

Upland sales team has changed a lot (for the worse) in the last year. Turnover is through the roof and virtually impossible to get promoted. Role is advertised as "Hybrid" but it's 4 days in office. Management openly threatens people's jobs in group settings. I'd avoid.
