Nightmare zone. Dont bother with DSR Positions. Too many products and zero help from marketing or SDRs. If you wanna be a fukk time SDR and Full Time AE than this role is for you. Outbound outbound outbound. Hire and fire sales department

They are trying to build out a mid-market function for many products that have not been updated since pre-covid. The GTM function is not built out and it is hard to be successful here. Quotas are unobtainable, high turnover, lack of marketing support, and other functions of the business are siloed.

Upland is putting in effort to make the sales team worth being part of but is falling short. You could get put on a product that could sell itself or a product nobody has ever heard of. Upland sales team has changed a lot (for the worse) in the last year. Turnover is through the roof and virtually impossible to get promoted. Role is advertised as "Hybrid" but it's 4 days in office. Management openly threatens people's jobs in group settings. I'd avoid.
