VMware pre-Broadcom was the best job ever, as soon as they were acquired everything went downhill. I wouldn’t recommend anyone working in the smb- mid market space there.

My overall experience at VMware prior to the acquisition by Broadcom was excellent. Executive leadership, colleagues, culture, benefits was great! Unfortunately, that all changed with Broadcom…pendulum shifted completely on all levels.

VMware was a great place to work pre-Broadcom. Now with new management everyone is on a team number/compensation plan. Very few are hitting the targets being set (on guarantee so everyone still getting paid). Very upset customers with price hikes and concerning rhetoric when it comes to leadership.
