My time at VMware I learned more than any in my career. Constant growth plus talented co workers and less politics meant we were constantly innovating on the gtm team.

The Broadcom acquisition is going to kill a once great company. VMWare used to be a leader in the space, and Broadcom is going to force them to bleed their biggest customers dry and kill any innovation left

My overall experience has been good internally. The direction of the company culture could be better, and we also get a lot of heat in the industry. Because of raised prices and terminating 1000’s of partners but the product and vision is still innovative but only for the enterprise market really see the benefit and ROI.
