Region based commissions. Even If you hit 200% with your accounts but other account teams underperform then everyone gets $0 commission. No accelerators. Paid quarterly as commission advances capped at 100%. Max possible capped at 200% paid at annual true up after the close of the fiscal year. RSUs are main incentive tool with quarterly vesting over 4 years.

VMware leadership had room for improvement during the Broadcom acquisition transition, I was not trained to succeed in my role and walked into a situation to quadruple costs to customers on technology they were not able to deploy.
