Current Employee Varicents a great company to build pipeline for. The aggregated rating based on my responses (3.9) was lower than I would have personally selected (4.6). I would put a BDR role at Varicent in the top 5-10% best BDR roles you can possibly have. One of the only downsides is the lack of upward mobility that generally comes with selling into bigger markets (Enterprise / Strategic sales)
