Do not believe they recruiters or leaderships, they will blatantly lie to you about and withhold information about the culture, comp plan, and policies. Key points: extreme micro-managing, commission handcuffed over multiple years, fear based culture, No PTO allowed for 6-months of the year (March, June, Sept-December). Good for entry-level sellers, but not established enterprise sellers who value creativity and autonomy.

Overall the atmosphere on the team was positive and was a cohesive group. There’s a large emphasis on prospecting but you will not have access to prospecting tools like Salesloft and such.
