Former Employee Run. The way I’ve seen Varonis treat their employees makes me sick to my stomach. This is from. Recent post from someone close to a Varonis employee.

My fiancé, a top performer, was recently impacted by the layoffs at Varonis. What was most disheartening wasn't the layoff itself — those are unfortunately part of today's landscape — but the timing and lack of support. He had traveled halfway across the world to represent the company at a major DoD conference in Hawaii, actively meeting with customers and partners, when he was informed that his entire team was being eliminated.
To add to the shock, he was given only three days' notice before his health insurance would end — a moment when compassion and respect should have been non-negotiable.

This is nothing. They also cheated laid off employees out of their PTO, their severance is a joke. They create a lot of hype to make it seem like you’ll make money, but they’re smart. They complicate the comp plan so that they can milk you as much as possible while paying out the minimum possible. RUN.
