Former Employee2.0Feb 18, 2025When the new leadership regime came in about 2 years ago, things have slowly deteriorated to the point where it is now a toxic environment. i would NOT recommend anyone to come work for Veeam in a Sales or Channel role as there is ridiculous amount of micromanagement, unrealistic goals and leadership who just does not understand the marketplace or where Veeam fits.

Former Employee2.1Jun 11, 2025Culture has taken a nose dive since the AMER GM took over. PIPs are handed out like candy. Customers are mad because their reps keep churning. Front line management tries and are great but have no support from anyone above them. Directors and above act like you're a number and provide no value or guidance or even both interacting with the reps.

Current Employee4.1Aug 10, 2023Awesome place to get your foot in the "IT Sales" door and pivot to another IT vendor or VAR for more money. Boomerang reps come back all the time, but I've seen many IT careers catapulted from Veeam's Renewal > Sales Org.
