Overall wouldn’t recommend. Leadership isn’t great, quota attainment is low, the commission structure always changes.Vendasta is a great idea, but a clunky product and have so much going on. As the old quote goes “ a Jack of all trades, but a master of none” is true when talking about Vendasta.

Pros Great culture Freedom in the work (as long as you hit quota or are in the top 20%) Really good sales people to bounce ideas off of Cons Direction is always changing Tracking the wrong metrics Focusing to much on efforts vs. results No proper sales training I think the company is a great place to work in some regards and the talent here is incredible however...Read More
