Former Employee Handful of incredible leaders, but most are checked-out, self-preserving, or lack life experience. Culture in non-sales orgs is solid. Product and product market fit are solid.
Unhealthy, imploding culture in sales org will prevent co from ever achieving potential. Few examples are lack of trust, high employee turnover, lack of appreciation for employees, rampant gossip, unsupported - all resulting in low morale, stress, and burnout. Sales-cycles longer than employee tenure. Change unlikely to happen b/c cancer runs through fabric of foundation. Integrity/character of a founder prohibits set of core values guiding day to day. Concerns surfaced over the years, but haven't been rectified b/c culture teams aren't independent. Browse Other Reviews
