We have grown extensively since my last rating, across Mid-Market Managers there are close to over 60+ teams now in the Mid-market. Across all management we have well over 110+ teams. As you grow, scale, and segment sometimes team attainment can be harder. We also switched to annual plans for the first time as managers, so this could also be a reason why there has been a slight decline in manager attainment.

Verkada has been good. High upside but it is a grind at times.

poor long term vision, churn and burn culture. Underpayed compared to industry, leaders show no loyalty to reps. Luck of the draw in terms of territory. Seems like 50% or less of reps make it past the year mark.
