Current Employee Verkada has a major sexism and discrimination issue, and that was very apparent. The culture is akin to a frat house and there is little to no structure, it appears that leaders are making things up as they go and you are expected to fit into that. The management is sloppy and it seems to be a free-for-all with no support. Your experience is fully dependent on your manager (they seem to hire based on the good ol boys club) and there is nothing in place to support or protect you in anyway. I could go on, but you get the picture. All of that just to earn a horrendously low base compensation that is in no way competitive to any other sales roles in the area, and the percent of reps that hit quota is abysmal. To fix that issue, Verkada prefers to fire everyone and bring in new young ppl to "grind" instead of actually fixing the issue at hand.
