Sell the cameras or leave slash be kicked out of the club. It’s a drink the kiolaid kind of place where you need to be all in to make it. When they don’t have competitive pay for the mid market space.

I have loved it. Hard work is rewarded, development is given, and you have a stipend to get development from outside of the company which is incredible. From our end, the only reason someone doesn't hit quota, fulfill their role is typically result from their laziness.
