Great place to go from SDR—>AE, but no more than that these days unless you land in the few goldmine territories. A lot of people blast sales leadership, but SOPs is by far the worst part of being a rep at Verkada. Not there to support you—just to break up territories more, increase your quota, and strong arm reps at every turn with ambiguous claims based on terrible Salesforce data.

Worst company I’ve ever worked for. High turnover, low morale, and barely any fully ramped reps hit quota. They lie in their interview process and terminate people without notice. Partners hate the company. Customers are tired of their phones getting blown up since reps have to make 300 dials a week. Sometimes with only 70 accounts to their name. Avoid at all costs.
