Toxic management, very little training for AEs. American company trying to utilise the same playbook in EMEA. Favouritism is rampant and quotas are impossible to achieve.

Where do I start. The AAE program is a grind but it is the easiest way to get the AE title is the shortest amount of time. After that jump ship. They promote people who have made it past sexual assault and being a creep allegations. Pay is trash, can’t save or invest. Great product.
