Current Employee Where do I start. The AAE program is a grind but it is the easiest way to get the AE title is the shortest amount of time. After that jump ship.
They promote people who have made it past sexual assault and being a creep allegations. Pay is trash, can’t save or invest. Great product. Great inventive to go to territory and spend money on the companies dime. They dangle the IPO and RSUs in front of your face but you’ll be fired before you even sniff anything from that.
Managers play favorites when it comes to switching accounts and make sure you understand the ROE of the company because that gets completely thrown out the window if you ever have a dispute on an account.
Was a fun time here but made no real money and stress levels will take awhile to get back to normal.
