My overall experience has been quiet negative. While the product is great and desired by many customers, the internal structure of Verkada is in shambles. Employees depart either by choice or termination every single week. The management & leadership structure does not listen to feedback from reps in seat on the current pain they are feeling. Quotas are often unattainable for long periods of time, if attainable at all. Down side of this role is that several reps end up hitting 0% or under 30% to their number each quarter with little to no chance to hit high. The last thing I will say is your success depends on your patch. If you have a territory like Mississippi or Indiana, you are going to have to work extra hard to come to quota compared to someone who has metro areas like NYC, Florida, or Texas.

Terrible sales leadership. They don’t set you up for success rather their model is to cycle through account reps so they can under pay them and have ramping reps inflate quota attainment. Good company, territories need to be adjusted as some reps get great patches and others do not. Massive impact on attainment.
