My overall experience was positive. The OTE for this level of position was definitely on the lower end but they really put emphasis on professional development & made a point to promote employees within a fast time frame. Product was great but territories were way too small. Quota was the same for a rep in Cali & a rep in Indiana. That should not be the case. Decent amount of travel which I enjoyed.

Don’t do it. 80% of ae don’t hit. Waste of time. Also in a lawsuits for treating sdrs so bad
