Churn and burn culture. Managers have incentive to fire ramped reps to drastically reduce their quotas for the next few quarters. If you happen to be in the right territory at the right time, you can crack a big deal and look like a hero.

Good company, territories need to be adjusted as some reps get great patches and others do not. Massive impact on attainment.
