WalkMe is an overall great company that has an interesting product that can solve a ton of use cases. I feel like the biggest obstacle to success that WalkMe has is that their product looks easy to use (and for simple scenarios, it is) but it can easily get very complicated and somewhat technical when the use cases you're trying to solve is complex. Digital Adoption is a real challenge for a lot of organizations, and I feel like this is a great problem to solve.

CSM incentive structure was recently changed to become very activity and admin based. Very clear they want to make it harder to hit full incentive. We need to create a deck for each customer, and log a QBR, IBR, CSP and relationship matrix for each customer, each quarter. That is just to unlock the ability to earn incentive.
