Leadership is very weak from CEO to CRO. Leaders below those two are caring and for the most part good talented people. CRO operates like a bully. 100% club requirements were shared with sales on November 30th 2023 for a year that ended in December. CRO(Scott Little) leads with Fear and has no empathy. He did nothing great in his past two positions and has not increased sales at WalkMe.

Compensation is reasonable if you can negotiate. Everyone has been paid all over the place from an AE. There is no roadmap for BDR or to get promoted to an AE.

Great people to work with. Comp is pretty good but leads are low and slow. Not enough people hitting quota. Product falls closest to training which doesn't get a ton of attention or budget.
