CSM incentive structure was recently changed to become very activity and admin based. Very clear they want to make it harder to hit full incentive. We need to create a deck for each customer, and log a QBR, IBR, CSP and relationship matrix for each customer, each quarter. That is just to unlock the ability to earn incentive. Underneath that is a complicated calculation of net retention, advocacy activity, and product usage. If anyone reviews this - please simplify and focus on outcomes
