Lots of turnover with the c suite has caused a lot of stress the past year or so. Constant changes to processes and commission structure made me lose faith in the company

My experience was great until the director was given too much power. Everything became hostile, tons of micromanagement I was told wouldn't happen...I was the top rep in my org for the prior year and was let go in a RIF with no good reason. Probably because I was building a case about a hostile work environment from my team lead.

I think overall most AEs are not hitting quota and are frustrated by nearly constant internal changes to policy/procedure
