My overall experience at Weave has been a positive one. I've always loved the culture here. It seems like I fit right in, and it doesn't feel very "cutthroat". The compensation is a lot better now than it was before. They have a clear path to hit promotions, but once you hit the top AE tier there's not a whole lot more to aspire to. Inbound leads mostly go to the Inbound department which I'm not a big fan of. I would also prefer SDR's instead of a full cycle role. Overall, Weave hits the most important marks for me.

I like Weave a lot, but they don’t offer a lot of work-life balance regarding my position. The leadership does whatever it wants and never weighs in with employees. My overall experience has been good. You do need to grind if you want to even be middle of the pack. Not that many reps are hitting quota so most everyone is on a PIP or coaching plan.
