Current Employee I like Weave a lot, but they don’t offer a lot of work-life balance regarding my position. The leadership does whatever it wants and never weighs in with employees. Expect a lot of changes all the time. Weave changes its process almost every week. Leadership is not the best; the employees are exactly what you expectThey’re the equivalent of Vivint sales boys. The office amenities are lacking, yet they expect us to be there three times a week. The soda machines are always broken. Things never stocked. The snacks are scarce compared to other companies in Utah. The office is meh. Weave has been an OK experience. It looks good on my resume for now. It Browse Other Reviews
