I think they are banking on partnering with medspa EHR software when in reality they should just make Weave Core (non-integrated) it's own EHR system with a phone system integrated but that is way above my paygrade.

Current Employee3.0Feb 12, 2024Good company to work for. But their OTE is way off and a small majority hit quota. Even now if you hit quota you wouldnt be close to OTE. Also There is minimal spots for growth

Current Employee3.1Oct 16, 2025It was fine. Base compensation is pretty low compared to other companies. Product is great. Weave is more expensive than most other companies but they are a great product to back it up. So many outbound reps here you can get lost in the mix.
