You’re selling to office managers who then have to sell the Dr. on getting weave. Uphill battle with little support from marketing or any upper management. Quota was raised substantially without new products or resources to back it. Pay has been about 60% of what I was expecting. The only two roles I would recommend are the inbound AE or the inbound Upsell AE. The rest are not sustainable without major burnout. Feels...Read More
