Oversaturated with too many reps. Very hard to make money unless given a “good patch”. Sales process is hammered down by upper management and bogs down reps with too much admin work that gets in the way of prospecting / customer facing time.

At Wiz, promotions basically don’t exist unless you’re one of leadership’s favorites. Hard work and results don’t matter, you will be overlooked again and again if you’re not in the “in crowd.” Recognition is reserved for the same few people, and it’s obvious who gets prioritized. Great product but absolutely horrible leadership. By far the worst work culture I've been a part of. Funny how people are laid off right before their stock vests
