Current Employee Quotas increased, commission % decreased. Product is built for Fortune 500 companies. No real money to be made unless customers have a massive cloud footprint which only happens with Strategic, Majors, and the occasional Enterprise account. Small deal sizes for everyone not in Enterprise or above, making it nearly impossible to hit quota and hit OTE. If you're looking for life changing money, that ship has already sailed.
