Solid experience on the healthcare team. Quotas are fair, product is world class, and extended team is excellent. Larger company comes with politics but if you land in a decent territory and navigate well you will find success.

Your satisfaction will be largely dependent on what team and territory you are on. If both territory and team are good, you will make well over your OTE. It feels that hiring externally is a priority for Workday when it comes to AE and DAE.
